GINGER BEER MAKING DAY
Term 3 saw us undertake a very fun adventure…
Making our very own Ginger Beer!
We found an excellent recipe and got all our ingredients. We needed bowls, stirring spoons, measuring cups and a grater. Lots and lots of preparation went into getting ready for our Ginger Beer making day!
We were lucky enough to have Miss Jensen's mum come and help all the way from Rotorua. Thanks Mrs Jensen!
We created a lot of mess but had a lot of fun!!
We also made special labels during our ICT time. We had to name our drink and give it a slogan. We came up with really cool names like – Bubble Trouble and Lizzy's Fizzy.
Of course the best part is always the TASTING!!!! :)
