Joseph's was a worker, husband and father to Jesus.
He was loyal, hardworking, courageous and obedient.

We celebrated the life of St Mary MacKillop who was cannonised last week. St Anne who travelled to Rome for the ceremony joined us for mass. We also remembered those who have died for All Souls Day on the 2nd November.

We gathered together to celebrate with pride Catholic Schools Day. Each class presented a beautiful banner to help create a special day.
Full School Mass Term 2
On our return to school for Term 2 we celebrated Easter and remembered our ANZAC heroes. We were very privileged to have the Arch Bishop of Samoa and a fellow priest visiting, who joined us for mass.

We also said "farewell" to Mrs Markwick who had been a very special part of St Joseph's for so long.
Full School Mass Term 1
We gathered together to welcome our school community back for a new year at St Joseph's and to mark the beginning of Lent.
We also celebrated Father Leo's 80th birthday.
Each class presented Father Leo with a Birthday card they had made.
Miss Shaw played an Irish Blessing on her recorder.
Back at school the staff enjoyed a lovely morning tea in Father Leo's honour.
